Our facilities 

The construction of our beautifully designed property was just recently in the beginning of 2019 finished and is located in a unique, very special location. Behind the main street of Ngapali, there is a large lake. Most tourists are not aware of this. Around the lake there is a forest area with untouched nature. Our resort, surrounded by lush tropical gardens is located 10 minutes walk from the beach, several small restaurants and shops. It offers views over parts of the lake, as well as the sea and the surrounding untouched nature.
Lakeview Lodge is a hidden retreat, far enough from busy Ngapali main street but close enough to reach easily all the facilities offered by Ngapali Beach area.
We tried to give every room a personal and stylish look and hope you'll find the one which suits you.
There is the main house called "Lakeview Sunset Villa" with incredible views and enormous verandas, which has four rooms with ensuite bathrooms on two floors and a suite with two bedrooms and a very special bathroom with an outside shower and a silver tiled plunge pool. The kitchen and the big living room where we also serve breakfast is located in the villa.

The "Elephant House" is a separate house with four rooms on two floors located directly at the swimming pool.

"Lakeview Lodge Ngapali" offers

Garden, living room, kitchen, main terraces, sun deck, deck chairs, parasols, infinity pool, parking space, parking space for e-bikes and the possibility to charge them.
Every guest is welcome to use the big living room and the main terrace. 
Guests are also welcome to use our kitchen apart of breakfast  time. Of course we expect them to clean it after using.
We serve a very rich continental breakfast, as buffet, including different cereals, nuts, fruits, yoghurt, different kind of bread, butter, cheese, jam, honey, bean paste, eggs in various forms, water, fruit juices and coffee and tea. Sometimes we can also arrange Myanmar snacks, like sticky rice or local sweets for breakfast.
If needed we offer transfer from the airport as well as pick up service from the main road. (transfer only at normal working hours between 7 am and 7 pm) 
We offer upon arrival 1 free bottle of water, after this, the guest can refill the bottle with drinking water from our kitchen, free of charge.
They can take beverages according to the arrangements out of the fridge and note it at the pricelist wich is located at the refrigerator. Payment upon check out.

Just lately we bought 5 e-scooter with big batteries which can be rented directly at the lodge for a daily rate.

For guest who rent the whole property we can also assist to engage a chef during there stay. (Please consider we can not promise and we have to know at least 2 weeks ahead to book this service. The price has to be negotiated and it will be excluding the costs for the food)

Usually we only rent out while our German management team is in the area. They will if it is required assist you with anything you need. 
We offer special off road trips for photographers as well as boat trips to the most beautiful private beach in the area.
Massages can be booked and will be offered at the gazebo next to the pool.
Local cooking classes can be arranged.
At certain times there are also Yoga classes available.

Last but not least we host an exhibition of the German artist and photographer "Ute Salewski-Mohr" who has been travelling in Myanmar for the last 20 years.
Her pictures offer interesting insights into the land and the people in an artistic way.
